How do you want to feel?
Like most Midwesterners, I’m currently cozied up inside with a fully stocked fridge and my warmest socks on. There’s at least 2ft of snow outside and temps dropping into the single digits. When winter weather keeps us inside, it becomes an opportunity to tune in to how we feel in the place we call home. Accumulated clutter becomes impossible to ignore, and the itch to clean arises so that our space can be an enjoyable place to settle in, rather than just a landing pad for rest when not engaging in life’s outside activities.
So, while this season has most of us spending the bulk of our time inside, what is it that you are feeling? Have you cultivated a space that you feel happy to be spending time in, or is it highlighting the areas that are out of sync with what makes you feel good?
